Pierre-Marc primarily practices in the labour and employment law space, in matters relating to employment contracts, negotiating and interpreting collective bargaining agreements, grievance arbitration, dismissal, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, and psychological harassment.
A member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRIA) and boasting extensive experience in representing unions, Pierre-Marc is particularly able to understand the challenges related to managing human resources, especially when it pertains to labour relations. Within the context of his practice, he has developed a notable experience in handling psychological harassment complaints.
Over time, he has represented a variety of clients, including unions in the transportation, law enforcement, municipal, and the industrial spaces. He has also represented both executives and employees in circumstances of employment termination. Within the context of his current practice, Pierre-Marc represents companies in various sectors, as well as non-profit organizations.
